Economy:

   Concentrated on

   agriculture like

   fruits, grains,

   cotton, livestock, and tobacco.

Trade/Exports:

   Traded crops for shoes, lace, dishes,

   farm tools, and thread.

   Tobacco, corn, cotton, indigo, rice,

   lumber, and furs.

Geography:

   Plateau, mountain ranges, and coastal

   plains.

Climate:

   Winters were very easy to survive, but

   summers were very difficult and diseases

   spread very quickly.

   They were still able to grow crops.

North Carolina is a great place because there are a lot of job options. it is great for farmers because of the abundance of plants and the good  soil  has shipbuilding it also has cash crops such as indigo tobacco and rice.
